Independent Contractor Status

~DKBB~ Web Sites & More (Company) will provide all services on an "Independent Contractor" status. A contract outlining all rights and responsibilities of both Company and Customer shall be entered into for all services provided.

Fees/Prices

~DKBB~ Web Sites & More reserves the right to change existing fees or to institute new fees at any time, for any reason, at its sole discretion.

Payment Policies

All work requires a certain down payment (see individual pages for each service's payment terms). All work is billed at the quoted rate on a two-week cycle. Invoices are payable within 10 days from date of receipt. Work will be suspended on all accounts 30 days overdue, and a finance charge of 1.5% (compounded monthly) will be applied on any outstanding balance due. The Customer is responsible for all money owed on the account from the time it was established to the time the contracted work is completed or until the time that Customer notifies Company in writing for a request for termination of services. Any down payment moneys remaining upon completion of work will be refunded. All payment is in U.S. currency; Paypal is preferred; the Company will bill each client $50 per returned check.

Cancellation

~DKBB~ Web Sites & More reserves the right to cancel service at any time. Fees paid in advance of cancellation will be pro-rated and refunded by Company if Company institutes its right of cancellation.

Privacy Policy

Customer information is never sold or exchanged.

Lawful Purpose

~DKBB~ Web Sites & More reserves the right to refuse service to anyone. All work contracted must be for lawful purpose only.
